Cosy and clean room with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The small lady speaks good English and they kindly brought us an electric fan heater after we requested it as the heating was not functioning. small seating area in the room with a kettle and cups and glasses (no tea or coffee though). Kids loved it. They let us on a horse, which was brilliant for the little ones. Best night sleep we had in Armenia. Comfy beds. Close to waterfalls, hiking trails, Tatev, etc. We will come back. We'd booked a standard twin room with shared bathroom but we were offered a double room with ensuite. This was spacious and the bathroom was big! There are sofas/chairs in the shared area you can sit on. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. There's tea and coffee available self service at all times. We walked to Carahunge and also Shaki waterfall from the house (in opposite directions). It's a very peaceful place.Guest review byElizabethYoung couple
