Very nice guest house, with kind and gentle owners. The room was very clean, the bed was very confortable and very practice. They have very nice garden with barbeque place to make barbeque. I recommend for sure and we will go back there. We are very satisfied. I heard about armenians only good things, so I can prouve that they are very nice people with a big heart. Thank you once more for those two magnifiques days that we spent there.

Everything was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. There was a problem with water heating that they fixed immediately. The flat is nicely furnished and everything was spotless. The homemade breakfast was big and delicious.

The best option to spend time between flights, next to airport, transfer from airport is fast, in time and free. Clean, calm and comfortable place. Definitely recommend!

I had a great stay at Ruz & Arian. Very close to airport, only 5-10 min drive. The host helped with transfer for a very small additional cost. The room is nice and clean. Highly recommend this place.

Thanks a lot for the help and hospitality of the hosts. My family missed their connection and had to stay at the airport 9h. You have to know that you CAN’T spend night at the airport, the seats there 0 comfortable even to seat. I’ve booked this hotel at 22:00, and at 22:30 they were already in the hotel. The hotel offered them free transfer from and to the hotel. That’s was really nice and important for my family. It was their first flight far from home. They were stressed to miss the connection. The host prepared them a delicious dinner. Also, the hotel is flexible with the currency you pay, which makes the stay even easier. Many thanks to the owners of the hotel!
