Great location!! Best in the whole area. Very nice cottage, lovely decorated with taste and attention. The hottub is a great plus! We had a great time staying for one night at Debatoun, where we met the owners (Svetlana and her husband) who have created an incredibly lovely space! The room is spacious, bed is super comfortable, and everything was super clean. We arrived when it was snow outside, still inside the room it was very warm and cozy, and the aunties were very cute and prepared very tasty food. I cannot say enough, just don’t hesitate to stay here!

The room and the shared bathroom were clean. The staff and hosts are very friendly. The evening before we left our driver canceled the ride to Tbilisi. They helped us to organize another taxi. Breakfast and dinner are delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved spending time in the beautiful garden with the pool and hammock. The bathroom was big and had a great shower. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the center of Vanadzor. And I must say, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! 😊
