I had a fantastic stay at this property for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs and I was able to easily access all the nearby amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I liked everything about this hotel: the location is perfect (it is on the side street so the noise from the street does not reach out to the room), the hotel's reception met me with a welcome drink and dried fruits. The room has all amenities one can need and it is not a problem to ask for more if you ran out of something you need. I was leaving earlier, so the reception prepared a take-away breakfast, called me when taxi arrived. I have also got upgrade to a better room with a sofa.

I highly recommend because the location of the hotel is in the top center. The restaurant on the 12th floor offers an incredible panoramic view. The breakfast was extremely varied, incl. fresh fruits. The entire staff, from reception to waiters, are extremely responsive and ready to help. We also received a pleasant surprise in the room - a compliment of delicious strawberries.

    I had an excellent experience with this hotel. My wife and child flew in, and I arranged for a transfer from the hotel. The driver who arrived was very polite and helped with the luggage. The receptionist was also very courteous and assisted my family in getting up the stairs with the child. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was perfect. The hotel is very close to the airport by car, making it a great place to spend time between flights.

    Very comfortable hotel right near the centre of Yerevan. Armenia is beautiful, but obviously poor in parts, so it was nice to find the centre of Yerevan was fun, lively and very friendly. Ity was particularly child friendly, with sections for children in the main parks and even playgrounds and small electric child suitable cars in the main square outside the opera house.

    I would highly recommend this hotel to stay especially for couples or families having leisure trip. We have stayed for 3 nights and I must say that it was beyond our expectation. Breakfast is superb, personally prepared by the owner, kids love it as well. Rooms are quite big, comfortable beds plus amazing mountain view with snow! Excellent staff run by the family, missed to get the names though. They are all very hospitable and friendly in every aspect.
