Can't really beat the views both in the day and stars at night. Gorgeous communal pool which was under used by guests. Great option of meals in the evenings with a rotating menu from different chefs. All served on a long table so you socialise with other guests. Loads of wines to chose from as well. You could add on activities like massages and horse riding. The staff are fantastic, roberto, asriele and Ismail made our stay unforgettable and all so helpful. The rooms are fantastic and feel very spacious. The dinners were a lot of fun, one evening they had a live band come to play. The food was brilliant and changed daily with the menu adjustable depending on your taste. From waking up every morning to see the snow capped Andes from our bedroom window to enjoying that same view over breakfast and finally watching the sun set over the volcano before dinner was truly spectacular. The staff were amazing and a big shoutout to Felipe the owner who made us feel part of the family. Excellent staff (except very limited English - although sign language seemed to work well enough.) Very good breakfast and the restaurant, in general, was quite good. Very pretty grounds with lots of desertscape and wildflowers. Some fun dogs and cats floating around. We didn't try the pool, but it looked nice.
