Nice family hotel with restaurant is fine for staying there couple of days. Despite fact that hotel equipment is older, rooms were clean and cosy, and this is most important! I would definitely recommend for a nice quiet retreat in nature. She was very helpful throughout the stay and allowed us to experience some of the farm life from the animals to getting fresh milk in the morning. The property has amazing views of the local mountains and was well.equipped for our family inside. The appartment has 3 separate rooms with a sofa bed in the living room, so enogh space for big family / group. The owners are very kind and open to solve any problem. Abtenau and its surrounding is not highly visited place but that is a plus if you want to enjoy hiking/walking and don't want to meet many people. Good food and clean facilities even if they are slightly outdated and old. Fantastic views.
