It is rare that a hotel exceeds the expectations. The attention to detail, stunning architecture and interior detail were amazing. And In my opinion it is always about the little stuff + cleanness. Being able to do your own coffee in the room in the miring - makes allllll the difference. Susan Kaufmann soap and body cream show how the guest is valued. Great personal - super friendly and responsive. All in all a really amazing place to stay!

Stayed in Schlosshotel for 4 nights for ski trip. Really lovely hotel, especially for its cost. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The room was really clean and beds were very comfy. Great shower with rainfall shower in addition. I think we had slightly newer room compared to some of our other family members which was nicer and more modern. They gave us all a lovely mug when we checked out which was a nice gesture. No complaints, would definitely stay again.

Stayed in a chalet, which was perfect for a two week stay. We had access to all the hotel facilities as well as having some self-reliance. It was great being able to use the pool and spa area. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Vandans ski lift with a hotel shuttle bus if you don't feel like walking. Superb food in the restaurant.
