The hotel and spa facilities are exceptional. The breakfast is the best I ever had in a hotel. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant offers great food for a fair price. We extended our stay because we were enjoying everything so much and did not want to leave. It is a romantic place perfect for couples.

Everything was great! The apartment is super clean, the beds are very comfortable, the check in is easy and there is an luggage storage option after check out. Coffee capsules for the first days is a plus. The location is perfect as well, right next to the pedestrian zone.

A very old historic building of the 14thC. Neat and spacious common areas, good sized bedrooms; down feather amenities; logo slippers, gowns, and ten out of ten heating; very clean spa. Linen change as you wished and towels daily. Breakfast: it was above and beyond with fresh produce and a full basket of local dishes, Austrian hams and cheeses, scrambled eggs, fluffy viennese croissants, vegan & vegetarian diets, breads, desserts etc and a large assortment of juices, teas & coffees. Lunch and dinner: it was a pleasant experience too. The service of the staff: was excellent with very polite staff available to assist you in any in-house enquiries to suggestions for outdoor experiences. Location: location was value for money! Hotel in a small village, next to a large market center, a 14min drive to Salzburg Old Town and a 45min drive to the closest ski resort. We would definitely return to this gasthouse.

Highly recommend! Top service, amenities, well thought design interior! A feeling of house/villa but with everything that you need and in top quality! Super clean everywhere! Great location- in the good centre of Salzburg , not in the touristic part, but near (8 min walk) Don’t miss the breakfast! Amazing and fresh choices! Great atmosphere! Stefanie welcome was great, and set the tone for a great stay. We were upgraded to the loft. If you can manage the 3 flights of stairs, it was great. The automatic windows is great, but there is also an aircon. We were given bus tickets which we used on Bus 150 to Bad Ischl and back.
