Anastasia, who managed the buffet, was so sweet and ensured we were well taken care of every morning. Vivian, the owner, was incredible! We had a wonderful conversation about the history of the hotel, and she even shared some great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. Really nice location, 10 min bus ride from the center. We arrived by car and didn't need to use it once in 3 days. Everything very amenable in the appt, nice outside table which we didn't even use. Highly recommend this place for anyone who plans to explore Salzburg for a few days
