Gmundnerberghaus is amazing! We were breathtaken by our first glimpse of Traunsee from the property—it was like something out of a dream. Even though there was no staff on-site, the self-check-in and key pick-up were smooth. (At first, the quiet, empty hotel and peaceful surroundings gave us a bit of a thrill after our long drive!) The free minibar was a great touch, especially when no stores or restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully arranged. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

From this house and location, we got maximum satisfaction. We felt completely at home – everything necessary is provided, and even more. During our journey, our car had a flat tire, and the owner helped us find a service center and booked us in for repair. The flat is huge, clean and so well-equipped. We only stayed for a day but it would be comfortable for much longer, too. We enjoyed the big TV with netflix and the things provided like cooking oil and coffee in the kitchen. It is just 15 mins drive from Attersee in a quiet place, with big terraces facing the mountains. There are a lot of grocery stores around within walkiing distance. Nice brossure displaying excursion possibilities in the surrounding area. Easy parking right in front of the house. Easy check-in and check-out.
