She works just a few metres from the Apartments - you call the number posted and she comes to meet you and shows you through the place. It's absolutely perfect. It's at the end of the main area of Hallstatt - just in front is a park (very fun things for kids) with a green space to relax outside. The location was also perfect. Away from the crowded city center but close enough to walk and the way to be there was a breathtaking view. There is a playground for kids right in front of the house. Highly recommend it for families with kids. All the equipment was more than enough and well managed. Also, the interior of the house was fancy. Friendly host for kids and foreigners. Even better than the photos on the site. We were feeling like home. Landlady Herta and her family are very polite, friendly and helpful. The funicular for the Salz Welten is almost one minute walk.
