This guys are a big SCAM.I had a reservation for 'one double room , one bed’. After i diverted over 100km to get to this place they didnt want to follow up with the reservation, telling me ' not possible'. I was left without accommodation that night. No reply to messages as well. Worst experience ever on Booking.com i had!😰

We arrived in the middle of the night and the key just waited for us on the reception as it is not 0-24, very convenient. The room is modern and well organised, very comfortable bed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Weingut Gästezimmer Pongraz and are already looking forward to coming back! Kitzeck is stunning. Surrounded by vinyards and beautiful views. We had a very relaxing couple of days, walking and chilling out reading a book with a glass (or two) of the locally produced wine and food.
