Friendly and helpful host and her family made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. Host also provided us with a gas grill one evening for barbeque. Everything was great. Lovely large rooms and the down stairs bar area is perfect for large meals as a group. I would imagine this will get more expensive soon as I’ve paid similar for lodges which were no where near as good. Everyone there was very kind and the whole area was so peaceful and restful. The food was great, and the owner/staff were all very kind and helpful. The guy who runs it couldn't have done anything more for us, from drinks to dinner. The service and food we received was excellent. The menu was varied and reflective of the local cuisine.
