    Good location, just above Matrei in Osttirol, great views and unique access to the hotel - via funicular !!! Hotel is quite big but the way, it is located on the slope of the mountain, make You feel it's more familiar and rather like small mountain resort. Anyway it's comfortable and clean - in spite of the room we were given. Very good swimming pool and spa area: big pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Outdoor pool was close in the morning.

    Farm house is located on the hill, nice view of Matrei. Family works very hard to take care of cows and to do improvements. Apartment has all necessary utilities for family vacation: separate rooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. During our stay the house was fully heated. We were able to take our dog with us, this was a major decisive factor in selecting this accommodation. There were 3 very friendly dogs on site, no problems. House has a beautiful historic style, all natural wood with great balconies.

    Nice family hotel. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. The staff is very friendly. The view from the room is very nice, there is a small balcony. Parking is available.

    Friendly & very kind staff. I was greeted with one of the family members. The owner wasn’t around during my stay. She was very helpful. Communication was easy cause i only know how to speak using English. All facilities provided are functional. Quiet area. Beautiful view from the balcony. I love it here 🥰
