The location in the mountains and the view are absolutely fabulous! We stayed in the „Ferienhaus“ and it was huge, much larger than we expected based on the description. We were there with three adults and 6 kids and the kids just loved the house with all it’s rooms and areas to run around in. The staff on the horse farm were also wonderful, the kids loved the riding lessons. We also did the parent-led pony ride which is a 40 minute walk through the surrounding mountains… amazing! Best pony ride we have ever done, hands down. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Gutshof set in a beautiful area. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Good self-catering facilities. We hiked to the Alpsee and then to the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles through some beautiful forests. Will definitely stay here again when we have the opportunity. Vielen lieben Dank!

Room was very big and comfy, had basic kitchen equipment (boiler, fridge etc). The room is in a complex with multiple rooms and there was a shared kitchen in the building where one could cook. Overall aligned with pictures and price paid, cheaper compared to other options in the area.

Located 400 metres from the centre of Höfen, Gästehaus Hosp offers ski-to-door access and a ski storage room.

Very kind host and amazing location. Building recently refurbished with modern design interiors. Small town, however it consists water park, restaurants, wild nature with amazing views. 25min. to drive till Neuschwanstein castle.

Tannheim’s Landhaus Sammer offers cosy units with mountain-view balconies, a 10-minute walk from the Vogelhornbahn Cable Car going to the Tannheimer Bergbahnen-Neunerköpfle Ski Resort.

Gintherhof epitomises genuine guest house hospitality in a way that no hotel, however smart or expensive, can possibly match. From exquisite antique linens to highest quality down duvets, to the provision of hiking rucksacks to borrow, the thought and care by Annelies and her parents was heartwarming. The farmhouse is full of charm and interesting artefacts at every turn, the pine panelled bedrooms so cosy and inviting. Breakfast was off the scale - in addition to fresh fruits, nuts, cereals and yoghurts, there was a vast selection of homemade breads and jams, with cheeses, hams, local eggs and other savoury delights. We were even given bags and encouraged to make a packed lunch for ourselves! We left feeling restored and grateful for such kindness and friendship. What a welcome we will never forget.

Extraordinary located (several fantastic places to visit nearby) very comfortable and friendly place. The staff is very open and helpful, a big advantage are the soundproof walls which make you feel being the only hotel guest on site. Highly recommend, will definitevly come back.
