Our host was helpful and was fulfilling all of our requests. Rooms were neat, very pleasent - exactly as shown on pictures. Our kids spent hours playing in their dedicated room while we enjoyed cosy sauna in the evenings. The best part was that by renting two apartments, we had the whole house to ourselves - sauna, playroom, or foosball. The hotel has a wonderful spa area for adults, but also water slides for kids. The food was good and also adapted for the kids. The staff at the reception was very friendly and willing to help. It had everything you need for your stay, including ski room. Great location near ski bus and Spar shop as well as Holzknecht restaurant.
