They were easy to contact before and during our stay, they know the area well. We stayed in the Family appartment which was spacious and clean and had mountain views from the windows and from a balcony. Even though we´ve made a genuine mistake (booked only 1 bedroom apartment with only 1 king-sized bed for 2 adults and 2 children under 4), the host eventually understood our reasons (booking made it look like the room is bigger and allowed us to book it for 4 people) and was in the end very warm and helpfull.Guest review byEduardFamily with young children

Much cheaper skiing and much calmer. And if you have the chance to stay at this site, you will find a fully equipped charming house right next to the ski slope and plenty of toys for your kiddies. But best is the warm and friendly welcome from the host. Thank you. Tipp: Don't forget to reserve at a restaurant if you want to lunch or dinner.
