Amazing, This place is amazing!!!!!! Big and clean property with access to the river, Has a playground for the kids. House is renovated nicely but still has a old feeling of high celling and large space. Kitchen had everything. Host helped with whatever we needed. Even gave my kids a ball to play with.

Very nice place to stay for those who love spending time in nature. Peaceful surrounding, horses, mountains, possibility to take walks, hike or simply laze around on the terrace were something we valued the most. The apartment was very well equipped and cozy. Nice welcoming with a bottle of wine and very helpful owner. <3 dog friendly place

    Absolutely gorgeous grounds and we had a lot of fun playing in the river that runs through the property. It’s also just a short walk to the Rax cable car and the stunning Höllental.

    Blauer Spatz is a little hidden gem in the heart of Raxalpen. The host was really friendly and very communicative. The appartment is well equipped and clean. The garden with the sauna and cherry tree is a little oasis. Parking was easy on the street. There was also a baby bed prepared for our young boy. We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return soon.

    It has a magnicent charm. One side living in a castle on the other side, the apartment is fully equipped. The renovated old style furniture's are also beautiful. My children just felt like princesses. The size of the apartment is super big. It is next to the yellow Wanderweg ideal starting point of excursions. RAX Seilbahn is only 900m walking distance.

    The best part of the flat? - the most fantastic terrace. The rest is up to you: walks, cooking, listening to music, sitting at viewpoints in the garden or on the small roads around, bringing the family for outdoor adventures, or friends for long evening talks...or just relaxing for a few days doing nothing at all.

    Very comfortable double-room family apartment, with fridge and microwave. Modern, absolutely tidy room. Host is very friendly and helpful. The building and surrounding is beautiful, with great view at Raxen. Opoortunity to use cafemachine and sitting room near future cafe 👍

    Our host, Zita, already called us before we arrived and we could check-in earlier than expected. She prepared several hiking routes (that was why we went there) and gave valuable advices. The apartment was as expected, clean, nice furnitures, more than enough. Very good for a family with kids. The location is perfect for visiting the Rax and the mountains around.
