I was on holiday with my family. Bright, spacious apartments within walking distance of the river, waterfall and ski lift to the mountain with a beautiful view. The hostess is very friendly and always ready to help. I will only return to these machines. For my family, they are perfect.

The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

    Very nice stay in Carinthia. Nice lake view from the balcony. Host very welcoming, and polite. If you are traveling with kids you also have access to a nice shared garden where they can play. Would recommend staying here if you want to visit Carinthia and all surrounding lakes.

    At the first we didn't quite grasp the beauty and functionality of the apartment. It is one of those places with which you are bound to fall in love if you have your senses open. Spacious, open towards the south (lake side), great kitchen and facilities, one of the best beds we have been sleeping on... As the place is probably empty during the cold week days through the winter it takes a few hours to establish the temperature and ambience. The more time you spend, more comfortable and cozy you start feeling the place.
