Karel was very helpful and responded to any message very promptly. The apartment has a lovely view, spacious and very relaxing decor. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The apartment is located a short walk from the railway station and the centre of town.

The service is outstanding, all the team are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel faculties are excellent including the pool and wellness area along with a cosy bar and lounge with an open fire - perfect for winter evenings. Food is outstanding, huge selection for breakfast and evening meals - they also have complimentary soup and sandwiches in the afternoon. We’ve been before and will be back again

Everything! The room was definitely bigger than we expected, very cozy and comfortable. Great little spa area with a pool, amazing breakfast, and - I cannot stress this enough - extremely welcoming staff. It felt almost like visiting a grandma house in the mountains.

Our host, Victoria, was incredibly kind and helpful, and she recommended some wonderful hikes. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and varied each day. The location of the accommodation was excellent – it’s in a quiet street, yet the hiking trails are easy to reach. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!
