We would like to thank the host family for the warm welcome. Convenient location. Comfortable apartment. The host offered a ski locker at the main station of Hermagor included in the price. Sleds available on site at the facility. Next to the building, there is a toboggan run illuminated until late at night - great fun for children and adults. We recommend the facility and will probably visit it again. we recommend

The apartment was very clean big and cozy. It had almost everything we needed. The kids had a lot of fun with the animals and all the outdoor activities there despite of bad weather. We received a very warm welcome from the owner.

Fantastic location and staff. Hotel is completely renovated to very high standard. Loads for kids to do. Good quality food and varied everyday. Making picnic lunch at breakfast is brilliant idea. Highly recommend for families. The area has loads available to do..kids loved the taboggan and free trips on the gondalas. The Samerhof lake is spectacular..a little slice of heaven. Special mention to the lovely lady working at the lake cafe. She told us about the lake and area and made us feel so welcome. We only wish we had more time there.

Mountain View Swimming pool Kids club Family

Me and my family really felt like at home,especially because one of my kids is autistic and he really enjoyed the garden and animals. Lots of toys for kids,space to run,beautiful surrounding and extra quiet. Great place if you wanna rest and relax. We would definitely visit them again.

The warmest of welcomes awaited us and we became part of the Zerza family during our week’s stay. A lovely cosy, well appointed family hotel in a great location.

Stephanie was very friendly, the location is great, the apartment was extremely clean and functional, we had additional facilities such as a ski depot and the possibility of using sledges for children! Very satisfied, recommend to everyone!
