Pear cottage was superb. It is just delightful, well-appointed, and modern. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Everything was nicely thought out, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was great and quiet.

Everything. It looks better than the photos. We have views of both the mountain and the sea. It has both indoor and outdoor patios. All rooms are very clean and comfortable. Has all the required amenities as well and just a very short walking distance away is a restaurant and shops including one where you can book your penguin tours. Scenic lookouts are also nearby. Wish we have stayed at least another night cos so much to explore In Bicheno.

The room was really clean. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was smallish but water pressure was great. The room was spacious. Microwave was a bonus. WIFI was great. The location was perfect. We could walk into town for meals etc. The host was lovely, friendly and helpful.

    Great backyard for the kids to play in and the fire pit was a great relaxing spot to sit. It was close to everything in town so we could walk to shops, the park or beach. Overall a great place for a family holiday.

    The property is ideal for a family, plenty of room to spread out. We were given ample coffee and tea for our stay and spent much of our mornings enjoying these as the children played. The close proximity to the lookout and shops was ideal, and having a parking space made it very easy to pile into the car when we did want to venture further. My son is autistic and found the home met his sensory needs, not noisy, no weird or strong smells and the clean and minimal decor was not bothersome at all.

    We were allocated the Jasmine Bungalow which was quite pleasant, had basic cookware which was a bonus, room was neat and easily accessible. Ideal for family of two adults three children and was reasonably priced for the length of stay.
