The beds are extremely comfortable, the atmosphere so warm and welcoming, the location is perfect, amazing coffee/food downstairs, absolutely exceptional and we will be back again before we head interstate. Great family room as it had a separate kids bedroom with its own air conditioner and tv where you could shut the door. Even though it is dated it may have been the cleanest motel rooms we had stayed in. It is opposite a great park and also backs on to the bike path. We were supplied with utensils to make use of the barbque which was also perfect as we had 4 young boys with us.
