The fireplace was well stocked with firewood and kept us warm all evening. The air hockey/pool table was so much fun and the beds were very comfortable. Travelling with young children. Well equipped kitchen so that we could prepare meals for dinners and breakfasts. No restaurants close by. Highlights were the balcony with a beautiful forest view, and visiting cockatoos and lorikeets; the pool table that entertained the whole family, and the bbq and fire pit area for cosy alfresco evenings. Kalorama park is a short walk away, for a daily forest dog walk. During morning and evening when it gets foggy, the view is still beautiful in its own way! The house is well maintained with all amenities and equipment a guest ever needs. They even had baby cot and chair. The guest apparently put so much heart to this premises.
