We enjoyed the spacious, well maintained and super clean apartment! There are so many amenities, there was even a table for laptop and writing! The garden is just awesome and well maintained. We loved the trees, flowers, birds, butterflies and we even spotted a possum! There is also a pool and a café! We are so happy we booked Best Western Ranger. A big thank you to the friendly Manager and Assistant Manager and their team! Outstanding!

The guy at reception in karratha is legendary! I lost my engagement ring and he helped me find it by the pool.     Shower was full of mold. Arrived late and did not take one of the booked properties due to a very bad car accident involving the men that were meant to accommodate the rooms. I have asked 2 separate people for a refund on the room that was not used and have had no response. As this terrible situation was out of our hands it would have been greatly appreciated for the refund of the room.
