We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront home! Although it rained during our visit, we still made the most of it by enjoying the cozy fire pit and spending time on the wharf—our kids had a great time fishing and absolutely loved it. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The location was also convenient, just about 9 minutes from the local plaza for anything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable getaway for the whole family.

A recently renovated holiday home located in Pearl Beach, NEW Serene Modern Oasis features a garden. The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 41 km from Memorial Park.

The location and outlook of the place. It was like sitting amongst the birds. Waking up and having a morning coffee overlooking the valley and hearing the birds.

No fault of the property or owners - (just a heads up - As it is a Tiny House, the main loft bed has very little head room - and not good if you are claustrophobic. However the living area has a very comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for a couple. The other quirk was (as it was a unique eco build) the toilet is a “nature loo”, (a bit off putting for city folk - we used the local service station when we wanted a normal loo). Also, despite being an eco home and several cooking appliances - there was no microwave. The owners were lovely to talk to on the phone - and easy to contact - but not very responsive to booking.com messages (better to call direct).

Location was excellent as I had an early 5am train to catch from Gosford station. Room was suitable and I thought the shared restrooms were well stocked, clean, large and private.
