The location for us was perfect, a short 10 minute walk from the train station and sit was in a beautiful setting with a nice little lake and forest and wildlife around. The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful too. Gave us info on how to get to the supermarket in town, and helped us with ways of getting to Australia Zoo as we were travelling by foot. The site has a laundry facility, a bbq area and fire pit area too. Everything was perfect. The cabin itself was a lot bigger than we expected, we had everything we needed and enjoyed every moment at Ingenia. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at booking to go for it.

The views were fantastic and the owners were very friendly and accomodating. We were allowed to check in 1hr early and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the owners added one or two locally sourced small items like milk and tea to enhance the stay.

Peter the owner called us early and advised the guest house was ready and we could check in early if we would like to, the house was amazing both rooms had ensuite’s , this made our grandkids so excited to have their own toilet and shower. The owner took our grandkids frog sporting in the amazing gardens wt night and showed us the many frogs that lived there. The ability to have our dogs there was also amazing as one of our little dogs required surgery and it took the stress away knowing we could care for him there after his surgery . I rate everything a 10 location to everything within 20 minute drive, cold air conditioning, clean, swimming pool , we enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again. This apartment was top notch (note it is on the third floor and no lift in the complex). It was really clean, light and airy; and had all the home comforts. Lovely little touches and attention to detail from the aroma diffuser to the decor, beach towels and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to make yummy home cooked meals. Location was perfect - short stroll to the beach and shops. Hosts were great. Great value for money. Fully recommend.
