A brand new cabin with good WiFi, tasteful furnishing, good bathroom and bed - as it was new there was no salt, but I suggested to the owners to put some most staple food there. Very quiet and in walking distance to Russell Falls and Visitor Center. Greg gave me some valuable tips where to go.

Pip and team are great! It’s a wonderful Cottage I wish you can really forget about time and just enjoy the view and the sheep. The kids love paddling with the kayak, and go swimming in the river. A nice barbecue on the deck with a good glass of wine makes it unforgettable.

The tiny house was perfect everything you need in the kitchen, comfy bed and really good shower. The location was amazing in the forest surrounded by nature and wallabies just wandering around. The best thing about it were the hosts, Barry and Venessa - father and daughter team, they were so welcoming and we had some great chats with them and they brought scones and jam!!! Very knowledgeable about the area and really fun to talk to - would go back just to see them again - thanks so much

We really loved the beautiful views and the trails on the property (we appreciated how they weren't too manicured and brought us up close to nature - giant trees, mossy terrain, great views). We saw an echidna and wombat (?) from our kitchen window. The cottage itself was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. We appreciated that some cooking basics were provided (oil, salt, pepper) as well as a welcome basket of snacks. We have no idea how Grant and Marieke manage the entire grounds while still taking to the time to welcome us personally and check in on us. Thanks for the hospitality! It was still a little cold for us (this is probably cause we're two Singaporeans not used to the climate) but the woodstove, bed heating, and portable heaters helped so much.

We stayed here in June in a double room with country view (the best room there for 2 people in my opinion). The room had an attached kitchen and an enclosed patio which was probably the feature we liked most. We had our meals there and could enjoy the view of the hillside as we did so. Our hosts Trish and Steve were superb - friendly and warm and saw to all our needs. The decanter of port on arrival was most welcome in winter! We had dinner there and it was excellent. Do take the time to walk up the hillside which is part of their extensive property. You will get to see their cute farm animals!
