    Unfortunately we didn’t like anything about this motel except it provided a place to sleep. It’s probably an ok place to stay as a family with kids.

    Such a beautiful location, with comfortable, very well appointed chalets. We celebrated a birthday with a group of families over a long weekend and every man, woman & child is determined to go back for longer next time.

    The location is great, only a short drive from Pemberton. We loved the bush setting and to have a room on the water was very nice. Staff seemed friendly and dinner at the restaurant was good. Room was very clean and tidy. The resort is very family oriented, so if you don’t like kids this isn’t the place for you during school holidays.

    Beautiful location. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We had all we needed for a family of four. The canoes and kayaks were a lot of fun to use and all in good condition.

    The house is extremely roomy, ideal for up to 12 people, or a large family with kids ... or, couples travelling together who want to keep a certain degree of privacy as you can split the house in half as it has 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms etc etc

    Room was fresh painted. Air-conditioning worked well. But bathroom dated and no heating or fan. Fan was screeching so bad couldn't use it. The guy on reception was rude charged us for family room albeit having changed the room to standard. Still waiting for a refund. When asking him he threatened to evict us on the first night. Not sure what nationality he was but definitely does not know how to treat customers. Very disappointing. Not on time in the reception

    it was beautiful, the cottage we stayed in was so cute and romantic. it was self contained and let me tell you that the owners really had thought of everything even down to cling wrap and tooth picks!! no doubt that they put a lot of thought into self contained!! such a beautiful place to visit Bev who checked us in had a warm and funny hospitality and both my husband and I felt extremely comfortable. thank you so much for a beautiful stay. I hope to bring my family next time. xx
