The cottage was very clean and comfortable. An added bonus was the freshly baked bread, eggs and jam. It is located within easy driving distance of walks in Porongurup National Park and Mt Barker. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Loved the setting and the tranquility of the property. The chalet had everything we needed and more. It was truly cozy and clean. Next time we will be prepared to fill the slow cooker before we head out for a day hike, to come back to a delicious dinner. Any questions we had were answered promptly and we found the owners to be friendly and very helpful. We had beautiful weather for our Bluff Knoll climb, but if it had been raining, I would have been quite happy to curl up in front of the fire with one of the many books on offer in the chalet.

What a gem this place is!! Definitely my best stay on booking.com ever Trish was a super helpful and responsive host from day before check-in till check-out. The house was very clean and was pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen was well-stocked with basic cooking needs, so all you need to do is bring groceries! The bed was nice and cosy. :) Loved the surroundings, be sure to go around and spot the little gnomes in the garden. Located about 10 mins drive to Granite Skywalk and 30-40min drive to Buff Knoll - easy drives!

Accommodation is hard to locate in the Porongurups, so securing the Porongurup Chalets was very fortunate. We stayed in the Jasmine chalet, and it was exactly what we were looking for, a little home away from home. The chalet was very clean, heating was excellent and lovely hot water, just what you need after a long day hiking. All the facilities you could possibly need are provided. Remember to bring food, dining out isn't really an option, particularly early/mid week, unless you want to travel to Mt Barker. That's the beauty of the place, a safe, secluded getaway surrounded by the majesty of the Porongurups and the Stirling Ranges. Owner Trish was incredibly helpful and always on hand to assist. Altogether, a fabulous experience that we would highly recommend.

    Location is awesome and only 4km away from nancy peak and Devil’s slide hike. My kids loved the place. Beds are comfortable and place is very clean. Lot of heating and cooling available. Very clean utensils. Overall nice place to stay in porongorup. We will definitely go back and stay again. Thanks

    This place is an absolute Gem to stay at. We honestly couldn’t fault it and it exceeded our expectations. Trish was amazing and very patient with us and willing to help us once we locked ourselves out of the property. My kids had the best time exploring outside and being in nature. My kids are already asking when we can come back here. Definitely recommend it.
