Customs house is a stunning historic building. It was also beautiful on the inside with lots of room for the 6 of us. Lovely breakfast items in a basket. We were Gretel's first guests and she did a wonderful job with comfy beds and the house was spotless.

Location perfect close to Blue Lake and other scenic look outs. Very clean cabin. Staff very helpfull and supportive as we decided to have an additional night there. Seems that Big4 location is the best solution if you dont need a hotel room. We have used Big4 more times during our travel around AU and the Big4 accomodations are always perfect

The property was very spacious and and extremely comfortable. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture and comfortably accommodated everyone. The beds were super comfy and with three bathrooms, no one had to wait around to shower. The location was perfect, we were in close proximity to the shops so it was easy to just duck down to pick up what we needed. Plenty of parking for four vehicles, two in the lock up garage and two open air, which worked for us as we had three cars. All in all we were extremely pleased with everything about the unit.

The house had a very warm & welcoming vibe. Plenty of natural light and lovely garden views. The bathrooms were modern & clean, the kitchen had all the utensils required for cooking, though our stay was short so we didn’t cook much. The sheep & alpacas next door were a great hit with our kids who loved feeding them. And the outdoor bath was a special addition. The hosts left plenty of brochures for local attractions, a few special items including a bottle of wine, marshmallows & a complimentary Gin. Netflix was available too. Everything about the property was lovely.
