United KingdomEverything was excellent! Amy was very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We loved the quiet location and the amenities of the town. Such a lovely feel to the whole place. We only planned to stay one night but ended up staying 3 as we loved it so much!

Sue and her husband (in-laws of the owners) welcomed us immediately and treated us like family, really wonderful people. Binky the dog was absolutely adorable; ran out to greet us as soon as we arrived and played beautifully with my dog (I will miss Binky and will tell everyone about her haha!). It was dog friendly and we got to meet Binky the very friendly local dog. We were well looked after and the family cabin was spotless with great decor. The room would have been great if it was for a couple with or without small children only. We had two adult children and the beds didn't work for them at all. They were squeaky and not comfy for adults. Unfortunately we arrived late in the evening and didn't get to experience the surroundings, which looked beautiful.
