The property was so clean and cosy. We loved our stay even though it was short and sweet. The back gate access to a lake and a nice nature walk was amazing for the kids to burn off some energy. It also made for a nice quick drive for our Baw Baw adventures the next day. Host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We will def be returning for more family adventures. The animals and the view of the valley were the highlights. The house is super cosy and it reminded me of our own home. Long chats and board games by the fireplace were memorable.

Perfect location, perfect cottage, gorgeous town! The cottage is original but maintained, apart from the bathroom which is conveniently and tastefull modernised. Love that it's dog friendly too. The yard is huge and gorgeous, the sounds of the birds and the stream separating the property from the street are idyllic, and you're a short walk to the shops. The house, like the town, is oozing with local history. You'll have everything you could need, and the host is super lovely and easy to communicate with. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We had a great stay. The property was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The location in the heart of town gave us easy access to all that Walhalla has to offer. The fenced in yard was an extra bonus so that our furry friends could come along. The host was responsive when we had an enquiry, and check-in was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Mel's charming farm a couple of weekends ago. The communication from Mel before we arrived was exceptional. Her detailed instructions helped us navigate the area and made us feel right at home. Mel took the time to show us around the beautifully presented farmhouse, which was aesthetically pleasing and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cozy living space, comfortable furnishings, and lovely decor created the perfect ambience for our retreat. What made our visit unforgettable was Mel’s hospitality. She ensured we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was when she introduced us to her farm and her delightful flock of sheep, including the friendly Bently and the special Bozzo. We were thrilled to engage in hands-on experiences, such as feeding the sheep and trying our hand at being shepherds for a bit! 😉 The scenic beauty of the farm, with its sunsets and starry night skies, complemented by the surrounding horses and cattle, created a serene atmosphere that was incredibly refreshing. We wholeheartedly recommend Banjos Farm to anyone seeking an authentic and enjoyable escape into the countryside. We cannot wait to return!
