We had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled in the heart of nature. The scenery is truly breathtaking, and the hotel is built on spacious grounds with several clean and comfortable outdoor seating areas, along with tidy restrooms. There is also a lovely outdoor play area for children, which added a warm family touch to the atmosphere. The staff and reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful — especially Ismat, Khatoun, Fakhr El-Din, and Hussein — who went above and beyond to assist us and made our stay truly special.
