Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10! We loved everything about this place! The room was beautiful, clean, and cozy — decorated with such care and attention to detail. The location is super convenient, close to everything we needed, but also peaceful and quiet. What really made it special were the little touches: free beer in the fridge, bottled water, coffee, and even chocolate — such a lovely surprise! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was spotless. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and friendly, and the whole experience just felt easy and pleasant from start to finish. You can tell that the hosts really care about their guests. We give this place a full 10 out of 10 — highly recommend it to everyone! We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience!

The whole place was beautiful with lots of little touches that elevated our experience. The bedroom was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the table setting was beautiful. Located in the center of the downtown area, we were amazed as soon as we walked in the door. The friendly receptionist - Sophia offered to provide a city guide. The room is clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery, so that we can understand Bruges better when we visit for the first time. Recommended stay here.

Great location with friendly staff, especially James :). The interior of the place is so beautiful! Newly renovated so everything was just so clean and neat. Also you can notice that they are eco friendly too. Free parking spaces right at the backyard of the hotel. Breakfast was more than what one can wish for. Just by entering the breakfast place you feel like you are treated as a special guest. The atmosphere is very sophisticated but still very warm and welcoming. The variety and quality of the food was marvelous. Every penny we spent was truly worth it. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
