We were warmly welcomed late in the evening, and we’re truly grateful for that. The room impressed us with its cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. Everything is arranged with great taste and care — a comfortable bed, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and even convenient parking right next to the house. A wonderful stay while we were travelling to see our family in Switzerland; and we were sorry to only be staying one night - a beautiful location, a super quiet room, spotlessly clean, comfortable and a friendly & helpful reception from Geraldine.....and her cat, Felix. I always enjoy visiting Le Florentin whenever I’m in Belgium. The ladies at the reception desk were nice and welcoming, the hotel itself is in a great location, and the room was quite spacious. As usual, I enjoyed my meal at the hotel’s restaurant next door.

Fabulous rooms, clean, lots of little unexpected extras which shows that much thought is given for customer comfort. We were visiting with another couple and they were equally impressed. The breakfasts were amazing, not just run of the mill croissants but freshly prepared with care and thought, different experience on each day, but made extra special with a small glass of prosecco on the breakfast table. Corunna also asked what time you would like to take breakfast which meant food was freshly prepared and the table laid out like a banquet. Each room has many different ornaments and unusual objects and given the amount of different pieces throughout the hotel it was spotless without a trace of dust. The small number of staff work extremely hard and the restaurant food is prepared with much care, and a very popular place to visit chill and chat. I don't have anything negative to say
