The location is perfect for hiking and the views are very nice. The hotel did a lot of effort for children with (temporary?) activitities (swimming pool, altitude trail, trampolines etc): those things were not announced while booking and I think a lot of people don't know about it - but our children found it fantastic, so I hope they continue with it - just better promote it, I guess :-)Guest review byBjörnFamily with young children

The room was comfortable with a great view, the homemade food was delicious and especially the staff was not only very welcoming and kind hearted, but they really helped us with transfer options for our planned hiking trip to the Rila mountains. The small kids area is perfect for babies - lots of toys and well secured. The game room is amazing for the grown-ups and kept them entairtained all the time. The bedrooms were spacious and perfect for families.
