Breakfast delivered to our door every morning in a big woven basket. A beautiful view. A fireplace that comes stocked with firewood and matches. Very friendly staff too. Very cosy overall. And some great restaurant and sightseeing and hiking options nearby.

    A Hidden Gem. I've got to share our amazing stay at House Proctor in Stoykite during our family ski break. The place has really cool, homey vibe and finished and very high standard. The apartment was super comfy, with all the essentials you may need. But what really made my stay special was the owners. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. So, if you're looking for a chill spot to crash in Stoykite, don't hesitate and check out House Proctor.

    Amazing stay! Hristo greated us kindly and was available to answer all our qestions and requests, and in perfect English too. The villa is so big and spacious, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Loads of games and activities for families. Our kids eyes lit up when we arrived. The kitchen is great with an indoor and outdoor dining area. The 360 degree views where so nice. The village is extremely nice and quite a real vista from everday life. We visited in the summer, but winter must be great too

    We loved our stay there. The apartment is so beautiful and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also..the view is breathtaking! The host is very helpful and made sure that we can get all informations needed according to what we need. She also left us some wine and fruits as well as vouchers for the restaurant nearby which was so great! We were with a small child so we enjoyed the beautiful backyard a lot where our child could play freely.

    Although we had to cut our trip short and did not ski, we enjoyed our stay at House Proctor. Our apartment was as described, clean and cosy. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We plan on visiting again - this time to ski, as we definitely prefer this property to staying in Pamporovo.
