Top stay! High level services. Quality infrastructure (swimming pool, beaches and gym, restaurants...). Very friendly and smiling staff. All our expectations were met. Our most sincere thanks to the team, especially to Adel for his warm welcome, for facilitating our stay with kindness and great kindness, to Samira for her personalized welcome at breakfast, to Disha for her diligence of table service, to the chef for his delicious crêpe specially prepared for us and to Sofia for his delicate attention. It was nice hotel, they clean my room every day. The staff was amazing and I meet one egyptian manager who have work in my city. The room had everything I needed, There was a big fridge, I could cook my own food in the room, wash the dishes, make tea and coffee, I washed my clothes because there was a washing machine, I could iron my clothes, clean my shoes, etc. Everything was in the room that you might need for everyday things. They refilled shower things every day for me, the toilet was clean.
