Very grand and well built with all facilities - I especially liked the games room. Food was good quality and there was a good spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. First of all, the hotel itself and the rooms are very nice. The staff is very professional and responsible. We traveled with an infant and we were provided with everything we needed for a comfortable stay: baby cosmetics, bath tub, baby towel and of course a crib. The view of the waterfalls from the hotel is incredible. The breakfast exceeded all our expectations. I can say that the hotel is definitely worth its money. Kids club (free) was fabulous - again, the staff made it! Rooms are modern, clean, good size… beds are very comfortable. Setting & hotel landscaping are gorgeous - clean lines & luxurious. Breakfast was the most glorious spread & even included bubbles! We stayed here for 5 nights & booked many trips (the driver who provides trip transport is also exceptional). There were activities for the children on the swimming pool area, and it looked like they were having a great time. We were 2 couples and couldn't really make use of the swimming pool for that reason. Not a big deal, but it would not have been my first choice of hotel for our group.
