It is in walking distance to Xunantunich Temples and you can even see the tip of the temple from the cottage. It is located next to the river and is incredibly calm and nice to relax at. There are many cats and other animals at the farm, which were fun to play with. Lastly, Dominic and all staff at the cottage are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was quite small and there was only room for two people to sit on the porch. Since renovation was being done to the room next to us and my husband complained about the noise we were upgraded to the garden cottage. I wasn’t too excited about the room but the garden cottage was fantastic for us as a family. The grounds of the resort are stunning and having the choice of swimming in the pool or tubing on the river was luxury.
