    breakfast was good. would have been nice to be informed the pool was closed before we booked and found out upon arrival. the kids were very let down about this and it was the main reason we booked here. staff was great, as well as, helpful. the breakfast was okay. being charged to use a pool table seemed ridiculous and the children were very bored during our stay.

    Desk staff were very accommodating for our family. They offered a crib for our toddler and bottled water for bottles for our baby. Very impressed! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We didn't use the fitness center or pool but they looked decent.

    The room was a good size for our family of five. Very clean and a good location close to the zoo/spark Telus centre. The pool was warm and fun for the kids. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was decent.

    We had a 7month old child. The hotel did not only prepare the crib upon request but a bottle warmer, diaper genie and baby bathtub as well which was a total surprise. Also the staff were exceptionally friendly and late checkout was allowed without additional cost.
