Guests are made to feel as though they have moved in and are like family. The breakfast was good. Better still was the lobster boil that Kim offers guests. She obtains the lobsters, you bring the side dishes you want, and at the end of a long day touring the area, Kim cooks them up and serves the freshest lobster you can ever hope for.
