The whole place was just a great place for the family. The kids loved the pool, and the family that runs it were very welcoming and kind. Can't forget about the amazing breakfast they have, We will def be going back again in the future!

The host was absolutely amazing in accommodating every request. The effort this family puts into making sure the guests are taken care of is phenomenal. We also appreciated the great conversations and friendliness from Kelly. The rooms were large, clean and the property was breath taking. My kids loved the pool.

Room is very good, small but comfortable. Only please you tube for kids, because was only sports channels.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at ease. The place has all the confort you need and lots of amenities for kids and families (trampoline, volleyball/badminton net, basketball, swimming, all the TV services). We truly enjoyed having some family time outside on the terrace. The hot breakfast was really good and with enough varieties that you don't get bored after 2 nights. Would definitely recommend.

We were there for a family reunion at the Bearberry Hall so location was perfect. The bed was comfortable, with a nice duvet and the room was clean. Didn’t get a chance to walk around or try the food. We may come back again to do that! Staff in the restaurant who checked us in were professional and friendly. They were prepared with our booking.com reservation. Local folks there for Fish and Chips Special were friendly too! Heard it is very tasty and a fair price.
