I had expected to get a large room but instead got a very spacious two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms an expansive kitchen, dining area and lounge. Apart from the fantastic panoramic window there was also two spacious balconies. I also had underground parking which was very accessible. I did not actually meet any staff but any WhatsApp enquiries were answered very quickly, efficiently and politely. The location was perfect, in a very nice area but close to shops and restaurants.

We went to Waterloo for my daughter's graduation, the property was a few minutes off the main areas but it's what we wanted.     Our family is in Cambridge. We appreciate the staff and the delicious breakfast. So we don't mind the drive and hope the highway and express is traveling smoothly. Appreciate the coffee and tea out into the late hours to make in the lobby. Grandkids enjoyed the pool!

    Breakfast: We liked the presentation and variety. Plenty of staff to keep the buffet stocked and area, including tables, clean. Rooms and common areas of the hotel felt calm and quiet in spite of the business that comes with families, children and dogs as guests. All are made to feel welcome. Very pleasant atmosphere.
