Perfect location. Remarkable architecture of the hotel. The staff is very good and responsive. The place is Spacious, bright, confortable, quiet. Rooms are big, clean, simple but elegant and practical. Very close to the train station. Very nice staff and helpful! Breakfast was lovely.

Everything was perfect. The checkin process was smooth and easy. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the city hall. Great connections with different trams and the free Basel card that we received from the hotel made our life so much easier. Our room/studio was spotless, with super comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. There was even washing machines and dryers that we could use for FREE! If we’re ever back im Basel, I’ll make sure we book here again.
