We got a really nice room upgrade which was very kind! The hotel is situated on the lake Lugano, and features great views! Rooms are super clean, staff is very polite, mattress is comfortable, WiFi is quite fast. Breakfast was also OK. There is also a large garage where we parked our car. Will be back!

We reach hotel about 10am, the staff was very friendly and good they try to let us early check in after we had 16h long flight to Lugano. And the breakfast is good have many choices. Great location just beside the station. Definitely will book again if I go travel again. I will know this hotel because is recommended by my parents they also stay here on last year and recommend us.

Staying here was such a pleasant experience.... The location couldn't be better!! Just a short walk to the city hospital, close to the lake and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping centers. It was so clean and quiet, much better than downtown noise. Price-quality ratio was really perfect!
