    I stayed for 3 nights, first night I was provided with moderate room, when I asked them to change it, the owner directly arranged what could only be described as the best room view at the entire hotel

    Excellent location with all the facilities. Upgraded to a family suite which made the stay more comfortable. The lake / mountain view was fantastic. Quick check in and check out. Memorable stay and would love to stay here again.

    The daily breakfast was amazing and had a large spread of different things that everyone could enjoy. The location was superb. Our room faced Lake Brienz and every morning we were greeted by the sunrise. Amazing view of the lake! The hotel staff made you feel like family. In fact, the entire stay felt like I was spending a weekend at a long-lost relative's house.

    Attitude of personal, views and location. They have even kids space. When leaving we were offered to take water for the way back- it is so attentive

    The location of the hotel is just perfect! I cannot describe how wonderful the lake view is. The staffs are super friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast is really nice with so many different options. They also give you a tourist card which can be used for free public transportation to the city center. There is a bus stop a few meters away from the hotel which makes it super easy to commute to wherever you want in the city.

    Hotel was clean, location wise is perfect. Finally a hotel which they don’t treat you as a guest but more as a family member. Also thank you to Stefan and all the members for the excellent hospitality.
