    A particular kind person from the staff was incredibly helpful during my stay. When I wasn't feeling well and being with my 2 children, they went out of their way to coordinate with the nearby restaurant to have a pizza delivered directly to my room. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference and was greatly appreciated.

    It was perfect for our family - our kids loved the play corner and its selection of toys and puzzles. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from ether the town centre or the lake.

    We went as a family - 3 adults, 3 kids - to visit the Christmas markets. The hotel is located in a spectacular location and is very comfortable and clean. The staff hospitably greeted us. We slept comfortably in the clean bedrooms and comfortable beds.
