Excellent location, close to the train station and the old city with easy access to all tourist attractions. Staff super friendly and very responsive to customer needs. Apartament very well maintained with everything you need already set for you. Beautiful room and TV with high speed internet connected. I was positively surprised and strongly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

The service by John and Noah was excellent! The property is away from hustle and bustle of the city centre and is quite. It’s easily accessible by a 10 min bus ride from the hotel and they give you a free bus pass. Excellent location

Really liked the property. Owner Gerry is really friendly and nice. Check-in was pretty simple. Property is quite near to Luzern Station only 15 min away via bus. Main thing is they had a good big kitchen well equiped with everything. PROPERTY is like a home with multiple rooms.

The room is very, very big and beautiful we put an extra bed in the room but it is so big it was not noticeable at all. The bed is very big and comfortable and the shower is luxurious. The highlight of the room is the huge balcony with a view of the mountains to the golf course and Lake Lucerne, you can leave the car in the parking and go to Lucerne by public transport very convenient

    Very nice family hotel. Great location, close to station, ferries and old town. Breakfast was good and the use of the breakfast area that was available 24/7 to make tea, etc was a great bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

    Fabulous location. Kitchen was perfect and well equipped meaning we were able to cook our breakfast and evening meal which was perfect a a family with young children. Apartment was extremely spacious and the washing machine was a great addition.

    The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and the views were beautiful, especially at night when you could see old town all lit up. Very family friendly with mini golf too. Use of the funicular for free was great even though it was quite a walk from bus stop.

    Very comfortable and functional studio, it was nicely warm inside during our visit in winter. Adamo was very reponsive and kindly allowed us to check-in earlier. It was very easy to get to Luzern city centre/main train station via a short ride on an incredibly frequent bus service. Rotsee lake nearby provided a peaceful place for a walk in nature, also small children's park nearby. It was a cosy comfortable place to relax and cook in after a day of visiting. Beds and duvets were comfortable.
